Established in May 2019, our mission is to deliver sustainable energy solutions across diverse business sectors. We specialize in the development, construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of renewable power facilities, functioning both as an independent power producer (IPP) and a service partner to captive power producers (CPPs).

Dr. Faruk G. Patel
Dr. Faruk G. Patel, Managing Director, is the founder and promoter of our company. He is one of the highly acclaimed entrepreneurs and visionary corporate leaders of the city. From starting his business journey of establishing a small venture engaged mainly in logistics and construction of residential buildings in the year 1994 to become the founder and promoter of 43 entities/conglomerates with the brand name of KP Group engaged into various businesses mainly Solar, Wind, Hyrbid and Green Hydrogen Ammonia and Fabrication & Galvanising within a short span of time speaks volume about his business acumen and entrepreneurship. During his entire business career, he has always emphasized upon pecuniary as well as the social objectives, pursuant to which he has earned fame and social acclamation from the community and the fraternity.
Considering his remarkable achievements and contributions, Dr. Faruk G. Patel has been recognised with several prestigious awards, including ‘Legends of Surat 2018’, ‘The Leaders Award 2019’, ‘Business Icon 2018’, ‘Mahatma Award India 2024’ for social good and impact, ‘Shri Girdhargopal Mundra Award 2023-24’, ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ and ‘Lamhe Awards’ for his exemplary contributions toward the upliftment of the underprivileged in society. Recently, Dr Faruk G. Patel was also honoured with an honorary doctorate by the American East Coast University, USA.
